  A clerk at the Brunswick CVS refused to be considerate to a new parent who had gone to considerable trouble to make a trip in to pick up photos ordered online of the new baby. I had received email confirmation that my photos were ready, packed my newborn up for his first cartrip since I had no one to watch him, and learned after arriving at the store (a very long trip from my home, but it was the closest CVS for me) that the photos were not in, the clerk had never heard of the online ordering option, and no one else was willing to speak with me. To be snapped at was not pleasant, either. I paid extra to have these photos ready on that day since it was one of the few days in my schedule that allowed this trip. One of things I love about living in Maine is how nice the people are. Clearly, that is not true at every business.
