  DON'T BOTHER!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mother has been a customer for about 5 years now. At first they told her that she was calling too often and to stop calling so much. She was paying her bill and was willing to pay extra if she had to. Then earlier this year they told her she was no longer going to be able to sent money orders and that they would need to take it directly out of her bank account which was fine but she had already sent in the money order and they got into her account and double billed her!! They did reimburse her but was very rude about it. They made it seem like it was her fault! Then this month we had a family emergency and didn't have enough money in her account to pay the bill (WHICH SHE TOOK FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR) and paid them when she got home. But they called her and said that they were no longer going to be servicing her home! AND when she asked for the managers name or to speak with one they refused and would not give a name!! She has always paid her bill on time and is always kind and respectful with them!
